Dr. Edward J. Hoffman is a knowledge strategist, author, educator, advisor, and speaker whose work focuses on how people learn and perform in complex organizations. He was the founding director of NASA's Academy of Program/Project and Engineering Leadership and NASA's first Chief Knowledge Officer.

Today, he teaches, advises, writes, and convenes conversations about knowledge, project leadership, organizational culture, and the human side of high-stakes work.
